    Comment added by R V Rao Old name of this junction is Moonnuvilakku Mukku because this junction was lit up by three lamps hung over a pillar. Later it came to be known as Cutchery Junction as the Courts were housed where the present collectorate has come up. Lord Curzon visited Quilon and this was also known as Curzon Road junction before becoming Collector's Junction.
